Road Mobility Services has completed an asset acquisition of Däck o Fälg in Skövde. The transaction marks a generational shift, as owner Stefan Otter, after approximately 30 years in the industry, has chosen to retire and close his business.

Tyresoppi, which has quickly become one of the most respected tire workshops in Kuopio, is now joining the Road Mobility Services (RMS) Group, which keeps traffic moving for both commercial and private vehicles across the Nordics.

Vesalan Rengas, founded in 2011, specializes in tire services for passenger cars and vans at their facility on Tarmontie in Hollola, as well as services for heavy vehicles at Rengassupantie in Hollola.

This strategic acquisition strengthens RMS's presence in Västra Götaland and expands our service offering in the region.

Road Mobility Services has acquired the Finnish tire company KL-Rengas / Pieksämäen Pintapojat Oy, which operates in Pieksämäki, Juva, and Lappeenranta.
