RMS Group Acquires Nisses Däckservice in Tomelilla

Founded in 1978 by Nils Karlsson, widely known as Nisse, Nisses Däckservice has grown and developed under the leadership of his son Håkan Karlsson, who took over the business together with his wife Carina in 2000. With a modern 2,300 m² facility and a broad customer base, Nisses Däckservice has built a strong reputation for its tire expertise, servicing everything from small passenger vehicles to large agricultural machinery.

In addition to the tire services from Nisses Däckservice, customers will also have access to RMS’s roadside assistance services, which are especially valuable for minimizing downtime and reducing costs in the event of unforeseen incidents.

Synergies and Looking Ahead

The acquisition of Nisses Däckservice brings multiple synergies, including joint purchasing for better pricing, shared digital platforms, and expanded night-time emergency coverage through the RMS network. Nisses Däckservice will continue operating under its current name with the same dedicated team, now backed by the larger RMS structure and resources.
