Road Mobility Services Strengthens Its Presence in Skaraborg Through Acquisition in Skövde

As part of the acquisition, all customer relationships, inventory, and equipment will be transferred to Road Mobility Services’ existing workshop – Bullens Bil & Gummi – in Skövde. The workshop’s Managing Director, Pierre Karlsson, has worked closely with Stefan Otter to ensure a smooth transition of both tire hotel customers and equipment.

Bullens Bil & Gummi has been an established player in Skövde since 1975 and is a well-known name in the Skaraborg region. In 2019, Pierre Karlsson took over the business from Bertil Johansson and his siblings – and has since focused on delivering high-quality service to both private and commercial customers – from passenger car tires to truck and heavy equipment tires.

– I truly look forward to taking care of Stefan’s customers and will do my utmost to ensure they feel just as welcome here as they did with him, says Pierre Karlsson.

Several employees from Däck o Fälg will also join Bullens Bil & Gummi – further strengthening the team’s expertise.

Through this acquisition, Road Mobility Services reinforces its position in the Skaraborg region – and continues its commitment to strong local presence and customer-focused service.
