Road Mobility Services Continues to Expand in Finland

Vesalan Rengas, founded in 2011, specializes in tire services for passenger cars and vans at their facility on Tarmontie in Hollola, as well as services for heavy vehicles at Rengassupantie in Hollola.

Road Mobility Services (RMS Group) had previously acquired KL-Rengas, which is also part of the RengasCenter chain and operates in three locations. More companies are expected to join the group throughout the spring and early summer.

Expanded Service Offering

Vesalan Rengas is well known for its professional and excellent customer service, which is highly appreciated, including by commercial traffic customers.

– RMS is already active in the Lahti region through Lahden Hinauspalvelu Oy. Together with our sister company, we can expand our emergency services and make tire services for heavy vehicles available 24/7, says Mika Leminen, entrepreneur at Vesalan Rengas.

Synergies and Future Outlook

As part of the Road Mobility Services Group, Vesalan Rengas and its customers will benefit from the Group's advantages, such as better purchasing channels, digital tools, and expanded emergency services.

Vesalan Rengas will continue to operate under its current name and the employees will remain with the company as before.

– Joining RMS gives us access to a large network and more resources to develop our operations. This will greatly benefit our customers. I’m pleased that we can continue to offer locally driven service with an entrepreneurial spirit, now with the backing of a larger organization, says Leminen.

– RMS continues to actively pursue acquisitions. Currently, we have five tire companies and towing services in ten locations across Finland. We are in ongoing discussions with several towing companies, tire companies, and heavy vehicle workshops. In the future, we aim to offer all these services conveniently under one umbrella, with a special focus on 24/7 emergency services, Leppänen adds.
