Road Mobility Services strengthens its presence in Denmark with two new acquisitions
Road Mobility Services continues its strategic growth in Denmark through the acquisitions of Køge Truckstop and Skive Karosseri og Trailer Service. With the addition of these two well-established companies, Road Mobility Services strengthens its geographic coverage and its overall offering within service, repair, and maintenance of heavy commercial vehicles.
The acquisitions mark an important step in Road Mobility Services’ ambition to create a fully integrated, locally rooted, and customer-focused “one-stop shop” for all services related to commercial transport.
Strong presence in Greater Copenhagen area
Køge Truckstop is a truck and trailer workshop located in Køge, in a central logistics area south of Copenhagen. The company currently employs 20 people and has built a solid position among transport and logistics operators in the region.
Through the acquisition, Road Mobility Services gains a strong presence on Zealand and in the Greater Copenhagen area, adding to the group’s existing workshops in Jutland.
Køge Truckstop was founded and is operated by Lasse Knudsen, who will continue to be actively involved in the business.

Strong Local Roots in Skive
Skive Karosseri og Trailer Service has been based in Skive for 11 years and is well known for its high-quality work within body building, repair, and service of trucks and trailers. Over the years, the company has built a strong reputation among both local and regional customers.

Through the acquisition, the company’s expertise, experience, and close customer relationships will be preserved and further developed. Operations will continue at the same location in Skive and remain an active part of the local business community.
