Road Mobility Services expands European reach with strategic acquisitions of Danish TJ Truck Service and European Breakdown Service

Road Mobility Services makes two strategic acquisitions in Denmark, marking a significant step forward in its commitment to delivering comprehensive support to transport and logistics operators across Europe. With these acquisitions, Road Mobility Services is becoming the only provider in the Nordics to offer full-service, on-site support 24/7 through one single phone number.

Road Mobility Services is strengthening its expertise in truck repairs and widening its European network with workshops, tire service centers, and towing services through the acquisition of TJ Truck Service and European Breakdown Service in Denmark.

TJ Truck Service, an award-winning truck workshop in Denmark, allows Road Mobility Services to offer even more specialized and efficient service to its customers. Founded in 2012, the TJ Truck Service is today a highly appreciated professional specialist in servicing all types of trucks with all kinds of service tasks in its unique workshop.

With the acquisition of European Breakdown Service (EBS), Road Mobility Services is establishing a robust network in northern Europe with workshops, tire service centers, and towing providers. EBS is a Danish roadside assistance company, specializing in serving heavy commercial traffic. Founded in 2010, EBS operates with carefully selected partners. They offer fast and professional assistance in case of accidents, flat tyres, and other challenges for clients in the cargo and passenger transport sector.
