Road Mobility Services launches mobile tire assistance
Road Mobility Services is expanding its service offering with the launch of a new mobile tire assistance service: Däckjouren. The initiative provides customers with 24/7 access to tire services and roadside assistance through a single phone number.
This new service increases availability, enables faster response times, and delivers a more integrated service experience for customers operating heavy vehicles. Through established workshops and fully equipped service vehicles—all accessible via one dedicated phone number—Road Mobility Services can now offer a complete solution for roadside assistance, tire services, and tire inventory management under one roof.
“The idea for a mobile tire assistance service came from a clear need we saw among our customers. Vehicle downtime costs both time and money,” says Sebastian Gafvelin, Key Account Manager at Road Mobility Services.
Däckjouren is now fully operational and represents a central part of Road Mobility Services’ ambition to provide accessible and reliable service regardless of the time of day or geographic location.
