Road Mobility Services expands to Vaasa by acquiring Hinauskuljetus Lähdekorpi Oy

Founded in 1989, Hinauspalvelu Lähdekorpi is a leading player in the Vaasa region and more broadly in Southern Ostrobothnia. Lähdekorpi is the market leader in the area for towing both passenger cars and heavy vehicles.

Road Mobility Services currently offers towing services in more than ten locations, several tire shops, and operations focused on heavy vehicle spare parts and repairs in the Kouvola region. RMS plans to grow further this year with several new locations across all business areas.

The operations of Lähdekorpi, now part of RMS, will continue as before, with Matias Lähdekorpi remaining as CEO.

"As part of Road Mobility Services, we can serve our customers on an even broader scale. With expertise in both tires and repairs within the group, we can select the best solutions and bring them to the roadside, helping our customers continue their journey more often. A concrete example is that we will have the most common heavy vehicle tire sizes ready as tire-and-rim packages that we can install directly to replace a damaged tire," explains entrepreneur Matias Lähdekorpi about the reasons for joining RMS.

Hinauskuljetus Lähdekorpi Oy will continue under its own name, and the acquisition will not affect personnel.
