Road Mobility Services Expands in Finland and Northern Sweden

Road Mobility Services is carrying out three new strategic acquisitions that support the company’s expansion in the Nordic region and enhance its offering within service, maintenance, spare parts and inspections for heavy-duty commercial vehicles. The newly added companies are Osa- Ratas and Gällivare Tunga Rep and Tunga Delar Malmfälten.

Osa- Ratas was founded in 1981 in Tornio, Finland, with a focus on service, maintenance, spare parts and inspections for heavy vehicles. Today, the company operates across Lapland, Northern Ostrobothnia and northern Sweden, offering a broad range of services including vehicle inspection for heavy-duty vehicles.

Gällivare Tunga Rep and Tunga Delar Malmfälten operate primarily in Gällivare, serving customers in the mining industry. Gällivare Tunga Rep was founded in 2015 by current owners Mats Juntti and Daniel Åneskog, and in 2018 they founded Tunga Delar Malmfälten. The companies specialize in repairs and spare parts for heavy commercial traffic.

During 2025 and early 2026, Road Mobility Services has continued its growth journey in Sweden, Finland and Denmark by acquiring specialized workshops and local entrepreneurs. The ambition is to create a vertically integrated and customer‑focused one‑stop shop for all services related to commercial mobility.
