Road Mobility Services acquires Tarvike-Ahola serving heavy equipment
Road Mobility Services continues its expansion and has acquired Tarvike-Ahola Oy, a company focused on maintenance, repairs, and spare parts for heavy vehicles. With this acquisition, RMS expands its service offering from towing and tire services to include maintenance and repairs also in Finland.
The integration of Tarvike-Ahola into the group enables better delivery of repair services on the road. Towing companiesin the group, such as Hinaus Andersson and Hinausautot Purhonen, can utilize Tarvike-Ahola's spare parts inventory, increasing the likelihood of continuing the journey without towing, says Miika Leppänen, CEO of Road Mobility Services in Finland.
Tarvike-Ahola, a versatile expert in heavy vehicles, celebrates its 30th anniversary this year and has rightfully earned areputation as a reliable and professional operator among drivers. In addition to the spare parts stores in Kouvola and Kotka, Tarvike-Ahola includes the commercial vehicle repair shop Kouvolan Truck-Service, located at the same address as the Kouvola spare parts store.

Tarvike-Ahola will continue its operations as before – under its own name and at its familiar locations. The acquisition has no impact on personnel.
