Kantolan Rengas joins the Road Mobility Services Group

Founded in 1927 and one of Finland’s largest privately owned tire businesses, Kantolan Rengas will become part of the Road Mobility Services Group through the transaction. The company, a member of the RengasCenter network, operates locations in Mikkeli, Kouvola, Voikkaa and Hamina.

The acquisition strengthens the tire business without affecting customers’ everyday routines. All locations will continue to be staffed by the current teams, and the company’s CEO, Joni Larvanto, will remain in his role. Kantolan Rengas will continue as part of the RengasCenter network, offering familiar service backed by an even stronger support network.

The company provides tire services for all customer segments—from passenger cars to trucks, earthmoving machinery and tractors. Through the acquisition, closer collaboration with the Road Mobility Services network will, among other benefits, enhance 24/7 on call operations and add value through towing services.
